  As far as the workers who were here, I give them a 5 star rating. They were professional, very courteous, polite and did a great job. Explained everything well before doing any repairs and both guys were extremely pleasant and personable.
  
  As far as the owner goes, I give him a 2 star rating at best. First of all he never did call back to arrange an appointment. He said he needed to check the schedule first and call me back but he never did. That was on a Thursday so I called the company again on the following Monday. It was only then that an appointment was scheduled.
  
  Secondly, the service call price was outrageous at $180. I know they come from Bridgenorth and I live in North Kawartha (a half hour NE of Lakefield) but that's still a total rip off for the service call alone. One of the workers asked if I had been given a quote when I arranged the appointment and I told him that I had not. He said normally a quote is given. When telling the workers that the price sure was a rip off (not their fault), the 1 guy said that a service call just to Lakefield is $160. Again, outrageous! It takes all of about 10 minutes to drive from Bridgenorth to Lakefield.
  
  It shows on their website that their show room is in Bridgenorth but the owner said the workers would be leaving from Ennismore. Either way, I know where Ennismore is and it's not that much further than Bridgenorth ... 5 minutes or a bit more.
  
  I do live in an area that is far enough away, that whenever any repairs need done, any kind of contractor has to come from at least as far away as Lakefield and I've even had contractors come from Peterborough. I have never had the initial service call fee be even as much as $100. This company is a TOTAL rip off when it comes to the initial service call fee.
